Florida Ski Council 2021 Spring Meeting

Registration

  • First 8 are free for full member clubs; 2 spots free for Associate member clubs. Over free allocation, use "Member Clubs-Additional Spots with Cost" registration type.
  • Use this registration type once you have registered/utilized your free attendee allocation for your club.
  • Only for Florida Ski Council Past Presidents & current FSC Elected Officers/Executive Committee
  • Exhibitor fee is per company/location; limit of 2 attendees per paid fee. Additional attendees are allowed at a cost of $100 per person over 2 which will be billed to you in a separate invoice.
  • Charity Representatives from Disabled American Veterans and Florida School for the Deaf & Blind. Please contact the FSC Secretary, Terese DeLuca (FSC.DeLuca@gmail.com) to make your hotel reservations for this event.

2021 FSC Spring Meeting

IN PERSON

June 5-6, 2021

Yes, we're going LIVE with our 2021 Spring meeting! Changing up the format just a bit, with the industry partner Showcase moving to Saturday evening in place of the formal Saturday evening dinner. This will give our attendees plenty of time to arrive by Friday evening without having to rush or take additional time off from work. Here's the high-level agenda:

Friday 6/4

  • Participants arrive and take advantage of one of the restaurants on property, or relax and enjoy the DJ in the La Margarita Lounge.

Saturday 6/5

  • Breakfast in the am for club and Council participants followed by the first half of our Spring meeting. Bid presentations for the FSC 2023 February trip will occur. Industry partners will be able to set up their Showcase displays in the am while the Council meeting occurs.
  • Lunch provided for all participants followed by fun activities like golf, volleyball or lounging by the pool.
  • Industry Partner Showcase in the evening with food provided for all participants.
  • Adjourn around 9 pm to the La Margarita Lounge for DJ-provided music.  

Sunday 6/6

  • Breakfast in the am for club, Council & sponsored charity participants.
  • Club and Council reps meet to conclude the business meeting, including voting for the 2023 February FSC trip destination and tour operator.

    We know our industry partners have shouldered a heavy burden in keeping the snow sports industry afloat during this difficult time. To show our appreciation, the FSC is excited to offer a one-time COVID recovery discount rate of $395 per company to attend our Spring event and Showcase (normally $695). We hope this reduced rate will allow more of our partners to join us for this important event. 

    Room Reservations

    Book now for this event online! To reserve your room, click HERE and enter Group Code 0819G12. Or call 800-874-9053. Be sure to state when calling that you are with the Florida Ski Council. FSC room rate is $135 per night plus tax for a Deluxe room (single or double occupancy) and a $10 per night resort fee (normally $25). Please note that a one-night deposit of $160.95 will be required at the time of reservation. To receive these special rates, reservations must be made by May 4, 2021. 

    FLORIDA SKI COUNCIL

    The Florida Ski Council is made up of 15 member ski clubs from all over the state. Members have reciprocal privileges which allow them to travel with any club on any trip.
